My FCL consignment are being
facilitated by RMS, but my
goods require compliance or
NOC from other Agencies
like compliance of RE-44 i.e.
labelling of goods, ADC NOC,
PQ NOC, AQ NOC, FSSAI NOC
etc. How can i avail DPD facility?

Yes, this category is also covered. There are two options.

same is facilitated by RMS, Out of Charge (OOC) may be obtained
from RMS/DPD facilitation centre and goods may be deposited in the
warehouse. Thereafter, samples will be drawn and after receipt of
NOC, goods can be cleared against ex-bond bill of entry. The importer
has the option to wait for the NOC of the concerned agency before

importer is bound to ensure that till the NOC of the respective agency
is obtained, importer will not dispose of/use the goods in any manner.

if the same is facilitated by RMS, submit “No use bond” and obtain
Out of Charge (OOC) from RMS/DPD facilitation centre or any other
CFS. Thereafter, samples will be drawn and only after receipt of NOC,
goods can be used. No use bond means that importer is bound to ensure
that till the NOC of the respective agency is obtained, importer will
not dispose of/use the goods in any manner.
